Privacy Policy

What is collected

• Contact form: name, company, service interest, timeline, budget range, and your message. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Waitlist form: your email address and the product you're interested in. Used solely to notify you about that product.
• Region cookie: a cookie named tabzee-region stores a country-level region code (e.g. "PK" or "INTL") for 30 days so pricing displays correctly. It contains no personal information.
• Theme preference: your dark/light choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to a server.
• Analytics: anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) via Umami. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.

Where it goes

• Form submissions are delivered by Resend (email infrastructure) and may be relayed through Tabzee's own self-hosted n8n instance. Waitlist emails are stored in a Resend audience list until you unsubscribe.
• Anonymous analytics events are processed by Umami.
• No data is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Ever.

How long it's kept

Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Waitlist entries are kept until the product launches or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Email connect@tabzee.com to ask what data exists about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.

Third-party links

The site links out to services like WhatsApp and Cal.com for direct contact and booking. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies once you leave this site.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it. No silent edits.
